Description: Roaming Road 12 Year Mauritius Rum is a rare and dynamic cane spirit distilled from sugar-cane juice on the volcanic island of Mauritius, then aged for twelve years in ex-bourbon barrels before a rare cognac-cask finish. At 63.7% ABV (~127.4 proof), this limited single-cask expression unfolds with vibrant aromas of white grape, fresh pineapple, and sun-warmed apricot, followed by layers of molasses, honey-glazed pecan, and rich oak spice on the palate. The finish lingers with soft tannin, dark chocolate, subtle leather, and a whisper of island funk—an exceptional bottle for rum aficionados, collectors and adventurous sippers alike.
