The Hobart FD4/150-1 will allow you to wash your food scraps and leftovers down the drain. It's a simple, efficient, and economical way to dispose of your food waste. The operator merely has to push the food scraps and leftovers down the drain and flip the switch to grind the waste into tiny particles. Not only will this reduces the amount of weight of your total waste, you're also saving money required for hauling, liners, and labor.
The hassle-free operation and upkeep make this the perfect machine. All you have to do is push the waste into the opening and, while running cold water, turn on the unit. Simple! Oh, and it's easy on the ears too! It uses a vinyl isolating ring at the cone mounting, this eliminates metal-to-metal contact, reducing both vibration and noise. Both cutter blocks are crafted of heavy-duty stainless-steel, they are replaceable, and can be indexed to offer new cutting edges.
