The MRCOOL® DIYM336HPW00D00 5-Zone Mini Split System is engineered for homeowners who want maximum flexibility, balanced zone sizing, and true DIY® installation without sacrificing efficiency or long-term reliability. Built around the MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation 36,000 BTU multi-zone condenser, this system delivers quiet, energy-efficient heating and cooling to three independently controlled indoor zones, with expansion capability up to five zones.
This configuration includes two 6,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers—ideal for smaller bedrooms, offices, or nurseries—and one 12,000 BTU air handler for a larger living space, bonus room, or master bedroom. Each zone operates independently, giving you precise temperature control exactly where it’s needed.
Installation is fast and homeowner-friendly thanks to MRCOOL® DIY® QuickConnect® technology, which eliminates the need for vacuum pumps, refrigerant charging, or licensed HVAC labor. All line sets arrive factory-sealed and pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant, making this system compliant with current and future environmental standards.
Advanced comfort features like Gold Fin® corrosion protection, Follow Me® temperature sensing, and full smart control through the MRCOOL® Smart HVAC Controller® ensure this system performs reliably in real-world conditions. Control everything from your phone or via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
If you want multi-room comfort, flexible sizing, and a clean DIY® install, the MRCOOL® DIYM336HPW00D00 is a proven, professional-grade solution.
