Dreadnought power with comfort-focused Taylor playability and exceptional NOS value

The Taylor NOS Academy 10e Acoustic Electric distills the essential features of a great acoustic guitar into an accessible, player-friendly package built to make playing easier and more enjoyable. With its bold Dreadnought voice, solid Sitka spruce top, layered sapele back and sides, and comfort-focused Taylor design, this model offers strong projection, warm low end, and a clear, punchy response that is especially rewarding for strummers and flatpickers. As a Taylor NOS model, it offers an excellent opportunity to own a premium Taylor Acoustic Electric at a lower price while still enjoying dependable craftsmanship and long-term value.

Taylor's Academy Series was created with developing players in mind, and the Academy 10e reflects that with a built-in armrest, a slightly shorter 24-7/8" scale length, a 1-11/16" nut width, and light-gauge strings that help make fretting and string bending easier. The updated ES-B electronics system includes a built-in digital chromatic tuner with LED display, giving players practical plug-in convenience for lessons, practice, performance, and recording.

Bold dreadnought tone with easy musical response
The Dreadnought body shape gives this model a strong, full acoustic voice with warm low-end presence and punchy treble response, making it a natural fit for rhythm playing, strumming, and flatpicking. A solid Sitka spruce top adds clarity, projection, and dynamic range, while layered sapele back and sides help keep the instrument durable and dependable for everyday use.

Comfort-focused Taylor design for developing players
The Academy 10e is designed to feel easier and more approachable in the hands, thanks to Taylor's patented neck, shorter scale length, and player-friendly string feel. The built-in armrest softens the edge of the bass-side lower bout for improved comfort, helping make longer practice sessions more relaxed and enjoyable.

Stage-ready convenience with practical everyday value
The updated ES-B electronics system provides dependable amplified sound and includes a built-in digital chromatic tuner with LED display for quick, easy tuning adjustments and battery-status visibility. With its strong dreadnought response, comfortable design, and approachable overall feel, this model offers excellent everyday value for both newer players and experienced musicians looking for an easy-playing Taylor.

Why choose the Taylor NOS Academy 10e
This model is an excellent choice for players who want bold dreadnought tone, comfort-focused Taylor playability, and dependable onboard electronics in a versatile Acoustic Electric. Its responsive Sitka spruce top, built-in armrest, and NOS pricing make it a smart way to step into a premium Taylor for less.
